AMALIA HILLIARD

Amalia Hilliard has successfully managed various operations and projects in countries such as Japan, Korea, Turkey, Djibouti, Saudi Arabia, UK, and many US locations for both Federal and Commercial clients. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Hills23 Consulting, LLC, she oversees the company’s business and growth strategies. Amalia has recently been through the CMMC AB training to become one of the few Certified CMMC Professional (CCP). Through this training I understand the requirements of the CMMC and can provide and support our teams with IST SP 800-171 and CMMC Gap Analysis, Remediation, and once fully accredited, CMMC Certified Third-party Assessor Services. Amalia is additionally a Registered Practitioner with the CMMC and can provide the services needed to prepare you for the CMMC accreditation. Amalia is a Senior Project Manager/Program Manager with 30+ years of Project, Operations, Corporate and Finance leadership. Her industry experience includes construction, consulting, design, and EPC within mainstream federal and commercial markets. I have experience in initiation of major programs and joint ventures domestically and internationally. I provide due diligence metrics and initial valuation analysis. Hardworking and very dedicated, possess excellent project management and financial analytical skills, diverse in understanding both contracts and project controls processes, strongly endorse a team spirit. I have a strategic operations mindset that blends financial rigor and business acumen with forward looking operating strategies and discipline.

LARRY HILLIARD

Larry Hilliard is a Project/Program Manager and test planning SME. A retired Marine with over 3 decades of military and government experience, Mr. Hilliard is adept at maintaining project schedules, facilitating completion of project tasks, and coordinating project reviews, which includes eight years of JT&E experience through two JT, threeJFSs, and four QRTs. Mr. Hilliard has 8 years of experience in joint fires and is skilled in: Joint Fires doctrine, Fire Support Coordination Procedures, Cross‐Domain Fires & Deconfliction, Planning Considerations, ROE, and Command Authorities; JT&E methodology, ATEC requirements, and INDOPACOM B2C2WGs; planning and execution of operational test and evaluations and developing Service and Joint CONOP/TTP. Mr. Hilliard is well known for his ability to work with and support diverse federal, civilian and private teams and clients to meet mission goals.

GREG DAVIS

With more than 25 years of military and civilian experience in information technology and cybersecurity,Greg provides executive guidance around all aspects of cybersecurity. Greg has led teams that provided customers onsite and remote security operations center services. This included intrusion detection and prevention, security event monitoring and detection, incident investigation, 24/7 continuous diagnostics and mitigation, and event resolution. Greg’s credentials span over 25 years of network / systems design, test, and engineering experience. DAVE CHUN

Mr. Chun is a Maritime Operations expert, strike group planner, and Non‐Kinetic Fires SME with over two decades of multi‐domain expertise with an electronic warfare specialization and 6 years of joint fires. He has experience in strike planning and execution; global air and maritime operations; and operations center support. Expert in air component Dynamic Targeting, joint operations, JADOCS, and joint EW planning and execution. Integral technical team member to the JOES QRT
